二聚酸3-氯-2-羟基丙单酯对钢-钢摩擦副的磨损自补偿效应研究
Wear-Self-Compensation Effect of a Steel-Steel Pair by 3-Chloro-2-Hydroxy Propyl Dimmer Acid Monoester as an Additive in a Mineral Oil
【摘要】 在XP型销-盘摩擦磨损试验机上考察了二聚酸3-氯-2-羟基丙单酯对钢-钢摩擦副的磨损自补偿效应,用ImageView数字化图像处理系统及傅立叶转换红外光谱仪观察磨损表面形貌并分析其化学特性,探讨了二聚酸3-氯-2-羟基丙单酯的磨损自补偿机理.结果表明:二聚酸3-氯-2-羟基丙单酯使钢/钢摩擦副发生负磨损,表现出优异的磨损自补偿效应;其原因在于摩擦副磨损表面形成了软质酯类聚合物保护膜.
【Abstract】 The wearselfcompensation behavior of a steelsteel pair by 3chloro2hydroxy propyl dimmer acid monoester as an additive in liquid paraffin was investigated on an XP friction and wear tester in a ringonring contact configuration. The worn steel surfaces were observed with a digital image proceeding system and analyzed with an AVATAR360 Fourier transformation infrared spectrometer, as an attempt to explore the action mechanisms the additive. The results showed that 3chloro2hydroxy propyl dimmer acid monoester as an additive in liquid paraffin led to negativewear of the steelsteel frictional pair and hence was capable of causing wearselfcompensation to the steelsteel pair. This was attributed to the formation of a boundary lubricating film composed of polymerized ester and stearic acid soap on the worn steel surface, by way of tribochemical reaction of the additive on the steel surface. The socalled wearselfcompensation rate of the additive to the steelsteel pair showed some kind of periodical variation with increasing test duration, whose equilibrium waiting to be further investigated.
