规则凹坑表面形貌润滑研究

【摘要】 给出了一个研究规则凹坑对表面摩擦性能影响的三销环试验方案 ,考察了面接触下不同尺寸的规则凹坑对表面润滑性能的影响 .结果表明 ,当规则凹坑表面尺寸适当时 ,其润滑效果比无规则凹坑表面有较大提高 .实验分析表明 ,规则凹坑对表面摩擦学性能影响的主要因素为规则凹坑润滑所造成的真实接触面积与塑性接触面积的变化 ,因此在选择规则凹坑尺寸时 ,应使表面真实接触面积 ,尤其是粗糙峰塑性变形程度降低 ,此外 ,规则凹坑尺寸除了顶面积大小外 ,凹坑深度的优化非常重要

【Abstract】 A pin on ring test rig was used to investigate the effect of regular concaves on the tribological behavior, with an emphasis place on the effect of the regular concave size on the lubrication behavior. As the results, the surface with appropriately designed regular concave had better lubrication behavior, otherwise, the lubrication behavior would be worsened if the concaves were too large or small. The differences in the tribological behaviors of the smooth and concave surfaces were related to the different real and plastic contact areas. Since the contact area was mainly dependent on the regular concave size, thus it could be feasible to reach better tribological behavior by optimizing the concave size to minimize the plastic contact.
