【Abstract】 The deresinating mechanism and methods for Masson’s Pine( Pinus massoniana ) wood were discussed in this paper. The author deemed the only process necessary for deresinating Masson’s Pine was turpentine removal. Therefore, the removal ratio of turpentine, the spillage of oleoresin, brightness and wood strength as the quality testing indexes for deresinated wood were redefined. Furthermore, an experiment on mechanical properties of deresinated Masson’s Pine was conducted. Results showed that after treating with 0.5% nitridocompound at 100 ℃ for 1.5 h, the wood still had enough mechanical strength for finger jointing and was suitable for furniture and decorative materials.更多还原
