【摘要】 本文介绍了我国西部沙漠地区用沙柳和柠条制造人造板的生产工艺和技术。研制的沙柳材刨花板、沙柳材中纤板和沙柳柠条混合料中纤板的产品质量均达到国家标准要求,并实现了产业化生产;柠条材刨花板和沙柳柠条混合料刨花板的产品质量也达到了国家标准,其生产技术可以推广应用,为我国人造板生产开辟新的原料来源。更多还原

【Abstract】 The processing technologies for making wood based panels from Sand Willow (Salix cheilophila) and Korshinsk Peashrup (Caragana korshinshii) were studied to determine the most effective utilization of desert shrubs from western China. The conclusions were that the minimum requirements for the national standards for particleboard and MDF could be met for panels made from Sand Willow, as well as the MDF made from mixed fibers of Sand Willow and Korshinsk Peashrup. These technologies have now been put into industrial production. In addition, the properties of particleboard made from Korshinsk Peashrup and mixed Sand WillowKorshinsk Peashrup chips also exceeded the minimum national standards. The results indicated that Sand Willow and Korshinsk Peashrup are suitable as the raw materials for woodbased panel production.更多还原
