【摘要】 目的 :　探讨凉血活血胶囊 (liangxuehuoxuecapsule)治疗银屑病的机制。方法 :　采用流式细胞仪分析细胞亚二倍体含量和AnnexinV法分析细胞PS膜外化含量 ,观察凉血活血胶囊及其主要组成药物的主要成分紫草素 (shikonin)、靛玉红 (indirubin)对角质形成细胞凋亡的影响。结果 :　一定浓度的凉血活血胶囊及紫草素、靛玉红可诱导角质形成细胞凋亡。结论 :　诱导细胞凋亡可能是中药凉血活血胶囊治疗银屑病的作用机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of liangxuehuoxue capsule, shikonin and indirubin on apoptosis of keratinocytes.Methods: Flowing cytometry was used to analyze the content of hypodiploid in the cells and Annexin method was used to examine the effect of liangxuehuoxue capsule, shikonin and indirubin on apoptosis of cultured keratinocytes.Results: Liangxuehuoxue Capsule, shikonin and indirubin in some concentration could induce apoptosis. Conclusion: Induced apoptosis may be one of the major mechanisms of liangxuehuoxue capsule in the treatment of psoriasis.更多还原
