SLE血清中IFN-α的变化与外周血淋巴细胞凋亡的关系

【摘要】 目的 : 探讨SLE血中淋巴细胞凋亡与IFN α的关系。方法 : 采用双抗夹心ELISA法及吖啶橙染色法测定 36例SLE患者和 10例健康人血清中IFN α和淋巴细胞凋亡率。结果 : SLE患者血清中IFN α及淋巴细胞凋亡率明显高于正常健康人 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,IFN α增高与淋巴细胞凋亡率呈明显正相关 (r=0 .5 10 8,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 : 凋亡细胞可能促进IFN α的诱生 ,两者在SLE的发病中起重要作用

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the correlation between the interferon-α (IFN α) and the lymphocyte apoptosis of blood in systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was employed to evaluate serum IFN α level in 36 SLE patients as well as 10 normal controls. Acridine orange (AO) staining was used to determine apoptosis. Results: Serum IFN α level and apoptosis rate of SLE patients were higher than those in control group, and serum IFN-α level and apoptosis rate of active SLE was higher than those with active SLE (P< 0.01 ). The increase of IFN α was significantly correlated with apoptosis rate (γ=0.5108,P<0.05). Conclusion : Apoptotic cell could induce IFN α production in immature dendritic cells. Both apoptosis cell and IFN α could be involved in the pathogenesis of SLE.
