【摘要】 目的对比观察了糖尿病和非糖尿病冠心病患者冠状动脉侧支循环开放的情况,探讨糖尿病对冠脉倒支循环形成的影响。方法将经冠脉造影证实至少有一支冠脉血管直径狭窄≥75％的385例冠心病患者按有无糖尿病分成两组,在以55岁为界分为4个亚组,进行侧支循环情况比较。结果 冠脉开放率糖尿病组(44.5％)低于非糖尿病组(69.5％),P<0.05;其中<55岁糖尿病组(68.0％)高于非糖尿病组(37.7％),P<0.05;≥55岁糖尿病组(42.2％)低于非糖尿病组(67.4％),P<0.05。结论 冠心病患者冠脉侧支循环发展程度与糖尿病有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relation between diabetes mellitus and coronary collateral circulation. Methods A cohort of 385 patients with >75% luminal diameter stenosis involving at least one major coronary artery was retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups based on diabetes mellitus, and four groups on age, The effect of diabetes mellitus on coronary collateral circulation was studied. Results The prevalence of collateral circulation in diabetes mellitus was lower than that in non-diabetes group(44.5% vs69.5 % P < 0.05) . In age < 55 years, the prevalence of collateral circulation in diabetes mellitus was higher than non-diabetes group(68.0% vs 37.7 % , P < 0.05) ;and the prevalence of collateral circulation in older( >55years)diabetes group was lower than that in non-diabetes group(42.2% vs 67.4 % , P < 0.05). Conclusion Diabetes mellitus may be associated with the formation and development of coronary collateral circulation in patients with coronary heart disease.更多还原
