【摘要】 目的　探讨猪胸腺免疫抑制提取物超滤组分 2 (简称U2 组分 )对细胞免疫的影响。方法　用3H TdR掺入DNA法检测了不同剂量的U2 组分注射BALB c小鼠后的淋巴细胞增殖情况和U2 组分对PHA诱导的正常人外周血淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果　注射 0 .2mgU2 组分的试验组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力比对照组降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;注射 1mg和 3mg两个试验组小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力均比对照组显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ;5 0 μg和 10 0 μg的U2 组分对PHA诱导的正常人外周血淋巴细胞增殖也均具有显著抑制作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　用一定量的U2 组分对体内和体外淋巴细胞增殖均具有显著抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of U 2 fraction of porcine thymus immunosuppressive extract on cellular function.Methods The experiments of lymphocyte proliferation of BALB/c mice injected with different doses of U 2 fraction and PHA-inducing human peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation by 3H-TdR incorporated with DNA were made.Results The capability of lymphocyte proliferation of the mice of the experimental group injected with 0.2mg U 2 fraction was lower than that of the comparative group (P<0.05);the capability of lymphocyte proliferation of the mice of both experimental group injected with 1mg and 3mg was obviously lower than that of the comparative group (P<0.01);both 50μg and 100μg U 2 fraction have obviously inhibitive effect on normal human peripheral blood lymphocyte proliferation induced by PHA(P<0.01).Conclusion A contain dose of U 2 fraction has significant inhibition to lymphocyte proliferation in vivo or vitro.更多还原
