【摘要】 目的　探讨前部缺血性神经病变 (AION)的有效治疗方法。方法　对 36例 (42眼 )AION患者采用低能量激光血管内照射 (ILIB)和碟脉灵 (DML)联合治疗。结果　施治 36例 (42眼 )病人中 ,治愈 2 0眼 ,有效 8眼 ,无效 3眼 ,总有效率 92 .86 % ,其效果与病情、病程长短密切相关。结论　低能量激光血管内照射和碟脉灵联合应用是治疗AION的一种科学、安全、有效、可行的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore effective methods in treating AION.To study the method of effective treatment of AION.Methods 36 cases (42 eyes) of AION were treated by combination of ILIB and DML.Results Of the treated 36 cases (42 eyes),20 eyes were cured,8 eyes improved and 3 eyes of no effect, and the total effective rate was 92.86%.The effect was closely related to the disease’s history. Conclusion The combination of ILIB and DML is effective in treating AION.更多还原
