【摘要】 目的　研究健步壮骨丸 (浓缩丸 )的质量标准。方法　采用TLC法鉴别处方中黄柏、牛膝、知母 ,并检查乌头碱限量。结果　采用TLC法鉴别了黄柏、牛膝、知母 ;制定了乌头碱的限量检查方法。结论　TLC方法简便 ,灵敏 ,阴性无干扰 ,重视性好 ,结果可靠 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。检查乌头碱的限量 ,可以控制乌头碱的毒性 ,也可作为该制剂的质量控制指标之一更多还原
