【摘要】 目的　研究了诊断用药1 3C -美沙西汀的含量的测定方法 ,建立一种简单的药物含量分析方法 ,指导临床准确用药。方法　先用重氮化滴定法测出1 3C—美西沙汀和主要杂质对 -乙酰胺基酚的总含量 ,再用比色法测出对 -乙酰胺基酚的含量 ,从总量中扣除后者即得1 3C -美西沙汀含量。结果　测得数据与出厂含量基本吻合 ,证明其测定数据准确可靠。结论　该测定方法操作简便 ,是诊断用药1 3C -美沙西汀的含量测定的一种较理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The determination method of 13C-methacitin which is diagnose drug was studied to establish a convenient procedune of analysis content of 13C-Methacitin . Methods The method and procedure to determine 13C-Methacitin which is a diagnose drug in 13C breath test was given by titration and spectrophotometry.Results The experiment results showed that the method is accurate and convenient.Conclusion The method is easy to operat.
