【摘要】 目的　了解胃活胶囊对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎的影响。方法　实验用Wistar大鼠自由饮用氨水 8周制作慢性胃炎模型。实验分预防和治疗两组进行观察 ,预防组于诱发胃炎的同时用胃活胶囊、维霉素水溶液 2ml隔日灌胃。治疗组于应用氨水 8周后 ,每日分别用 3 0 %胃活胶囊、维霉素水溶液灌胃治疗 4周。实验结束后分别观察胃粘膜组织病理改变。结果　胃活胶囊组预防和治疗两部分与模型组相比 ,其胃粘膜厚度明显增加P <0 .0 1。壁细胞计数明显增多P <0 .0 5。粘膜上皮病变明显减轻P <0 .0 5。结论　胃活胶囊对大鼠实验性大鼠慢性胃炎有一定的防治作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To Investigate the preventive effects of Weihuo on the preventive effects of chronic gastritis in rats.Methods This study include two parts: first part studied the preventive effects of Weihuo among which the rats were infused simultaneously with 20% Weihuo and 20% weimeisu solution at 2 ml every other day during the inducing period: the second part was used as the therapeutic group. Among which the rats were infused with 30% Weihuo and 30% weimeisu solution once every day for 4 weeks respectively after induced period. the histo pathological changes were observed respectively at the end of the experiment.Results the thickness of mucosa significantly increased in Weihuo groups compared to those in model group P <0.01.The parietal cell number were markedly increased compared to those in model group P <0.05.lesions of mucosa were decreased in Weihuo group compared to those in model group.Conclusion Weihuo has a definite preventive and therapeutically effects on the experimental gastritis in rats更多还原
