【Abstract】 Based on the transition of Chili’s writing style, this paper studies her new value beyond being a typical novelist of "new Realism".Through the careful examination of Chi’s 90s’"Urban legends"and husbandwife relationship in a family showed in her novels, it can be seen clearly that her distinctive civilian awakening and her sincere concern with women’s destiny goes through all her novels.
