【摘要】 通过对民族地区新课程实验区的小学教师对新课程适应情况的调查发现:参与新课程实验的小学教师们对新课程普遍持欢迎态度,对新课程在促进教师和学生发展方面的显著作用评价较高;但教师们在教育观念、知识结构、教育教学能力、掌握教材方面仍存在许多困难,针对这些困难,本文提出了改革师范教育和加强在职教师教育实效性的一些具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 An investigation was made on teachers’ feasibility to the new elementary curriculums in minority regions,which shows that the new curriculums are popular among the teachers who joined in the experiment,and they pay high tribute to the curriculums in the means of promoting the developments of the teachers and the students.But teachers still have some difficulties in changing their educational concept,improving their knowledge structures and educational ability,and grasping the essence of the teaching materials.Aimed at these problems,this paper puts forward some specific measures to the reform of teachers education.更多还原
