【摘要】 目的　探讨彩色多普勒超声在糖尿病下肢动脉疾病中诊断的价值。方法　对 2 9例糖尿病患者应用 7 5MHz探头彩色多普勒超声检测其收缩期最大峰值、管腔内径、阻力指数和血流动力学改变。结果　显示糖尿病下肢动脉伴管腔动脉粥样斑块、管腔狭窄及部分闭塞而导致不同程度的血流减慢。结论　彩色多普勒超声对糖尿病下肢动脉病变的诊断是一种无创伤、实时、敏感的诊断方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evlauate the value of color doppler ultrasound(CDU) in the diagnosis of arterial diseases of lower extremity in the diabetes mellitus.Methods Arteries of the lower extremity in 29 cases with diabetes mellitus were measured with 7.5MHz probe of CDU to find maximum pealc of systolic period,Diamter,resistance index and homodynamic change.Results The artery of the lower extremity with diabetes mellitus showed that sclerosis,stenosis and partial obiterans which result in blood flow decrease to different degree.Conclusion CDU is non invasive,realtime and sensitive diagnosis method for arterial disease of the lower extermity in the diabetes.更多还原
