旋转DSA图像投照角度确定的实验与临床研究
Experimental and clinical investigation in the determination of projection angle for rotational DSA
【摘要】 目的:探讨确定旋转DSA任意一帧图像投照角度的可行性。材料与方法:通过模型试验获得旋转血管造影数次旋转的有关数据,采用数据拟合方法得到描述X线机旋转规律近似的数学表达式。使用可编程手持器实现旋转DSA任意一帧图像投照角度的实时计算。结果:所有24例旋转DSA中,可编程手持计算器均可立即计算出每一个感兴趣图像的投照角度。通过计算获得的图像与旋转DSA相对应的图像相比较,两者在显示动脉起源、形态、走行、分布以及异常分流、病变的供血状态等方面,具有较好的相似性。结论:实时确定旋转DSA任意一帧图像投照角度,为安全、顺利完成介入治疗提供了重要的保障。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the determination of projection angle for rotational DSA. Materials and Methods: Several rotational data were obtained using a Philips V5000 digital imaging system by phantom experiment and a mathematic expression was produced which describes approximately running rule of the angiographic unit, and then each projection angle was calculated by a programmable handset. Results: Projection angle of each interested image was calculated immediately by the handset in all rotational DSAs of 28 cases. The calculated images in showing the origin, running, distribution and contour of the diseased segments of arteries and abnormal shunts are comparable with the optimal images in rotational imagings. Conclusion: Determination of the projection angle in rotational images is of significance in ensuring the safety and success of interventional performance.
