【摘要】 目的　 运用活动平板试验、动态心电图评价儿童房性心律失常的运动风险。 方法 　对 5 6例经常规心电图证实的房性早搏 (Atrialectopy ,AE)患儿进行 2 4h动态心电图 (DCG)、极量活动平板试验 (TMT)检查 ,并比较分析TMT、DCG结果。 结果 　房早 5 6例 ,DCG检查 98 2 %检出房早 ,TMT检查 85 7%检出房早 ,较GCG低 ,TMT阳性率 41 7%。部分儿童运动中、后出现多形性、成对早搏、ST段下斜压低。运动中未见明显副作用。房性早搏的频率、性质与TMT阳性率无关 ,早搏发生高峰时间与TMT阳性率有关 ,日间多发型TMT阳性率高于夜间多发型 ;严重的房性心律失常运动时不一定出现严重后果 ,单纯早搏TMT中部分也可诱发严重心律失常。 结论 　房性早搏儿童具有运动风险 ,应进行TMT检查更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the exercise risk in children with atrial ectopies (AE) with Treadmill Test (TMT) and Dynamic cardiogram (DCG).Methods TMT and DCG are performed in 56 children in AE which have been confirmed in ECG.Results 55(98\^2%) of 56 children had AE in DCG which is higher than that in TMT(85\^7%),41\^7% of these children have positive results in TMT and some showed multiform premature beats or couplet and depressed ST segment during exercise.Except for 5 children whose test were terminated due to severe arrhythmias,all others reach maximal exercise tolerance without striking adverse reactions.Peak time,no frequency and severity of AE, is correlated to TMT positive rate.Positive rate is higher in patients with night time AE than that in patients whose AE are more frequent in daytime.Disappointed results may not occur during exercise in severe AE and Running can exacerbate simple premature beats.Conclusion Children with AE have exercise risk and TMT should be performed in these children.更多还原
