【摘要】 目前 ,我国高等旅游职业教育在办学理念、专业设置、课程调整、教材建设、教学内容和方法、考试制度以及师资培养等方面存在许多亟待解决的问题。本文在总结外国高等旅游职业教育发展经验的基础上 ,对加强课程和教学内容体系的改革、促进双向参与及产学研结合、加强师资队伍建设、加强与普通高等旅游教育的沟通等几方面问题进行了系统的探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently,there are a lot of problems to be solved in China’s higher tourism vocational education,such as speciality setting-up,adjustment of subjects,teaching materials,teaching contents and teaching method,examination system and training of teachers.This paper,based on summarizing the experience of higher tourism vocational education in foreign countries,makes a systematic discussion on how to strengthen the reform of subjects and teaching content system,promote mutual participation and combination of producation and learning,strengthen the building of teaching contingents and strengthen the communication with ordinary higher tourism education.更多还原
