【Abstract】 Immature zygotic embryos of six grape cultivars were cultured and observed. Three kinds of callus formed in Five cultivars. But the cell morphology of three kinds of callus were not the same. Only the calli like grain were embryogenic callus and exhibited embryogenic competence. The embryogenesis was similar to the zygotic embryo but had amount of abnormal embryos.更多还原
