新型Si3N4/TiCnano复合陶瓷材料的性能与烧结温度的关系
Relation Between Properties and Sintering Temperature in the Fabrication of New Si3N4/TiCnano Composite Ceramic materials
【摘要】 利用热压烧结方式制备了新型Si3N4/TiCnano复合陶瓷材料,研究了纳米TiC对Si3N4基复合陶瓷材料的增韧补强作用与烧结温度的关系,通过对材料致密化程度和晶粒微观结构随烧结温度变化的研究,探讨了烧结温度对材料力学性能的影响机理。
【Abstract】 In this thesis, new Si3N4/TiCnano composite ceramic materials were fabricated by Hot-press sintering. The influence of sintering temperature to the mechanical properties of the material Si3N4 strengthened by nano-TiC was studied. Also the mechanism of influence of sintering temperature on properties of the ceramics were discussed by investigating the changing of the degree of densification and the microstructure of material.
