油桃新品种—超红短枝的遗传稳定性研究

【摘要】 采用高接、多代嫁接和同工酶分析等方法,对超红短枝油桃高接和嫁接后的生物学特性、主要物候期、果实生长发育曲线及过氧化物同工酶谱带与变异株母株进行了比较试验。结果表明:高接和多代嫁接后,超红短枝的叶片大小、新梢长度、节间长度、果实性状、主要物候期、果实生长发育曲线和过氧化物酶谱带与变异株母相比无显著差异,表明超红短枝的优良性状遗传稳定,不因外部条件的变化而改变。

【Abstract】 The biological characters, primary phenophases, fruit growth curve and peroxidase of ’Super red Spur’ nectarine were studied of top-grafting and repeade budding trees of Nectarine. The results showed that there were no significant differences in leaf size, new growth, internede, fruit traits, primary phenophases, fruit growth curve and peroxidase bands between Super red Spur offsprings and the original mutant plant. Therefore it is concluded that the traits of Super red Spur keeps stable regardless of the environmental conditions.
