【Abstract】 Aiming at status in quo about issuance on agricultural scientech periodical, the paper brings forward that have to pay more attention on these sections, such as issuance, reformation for system, giving publicity to journal, making surely the position for issuance in market environment, using network to setting out journal, strengthening constructing on issuance, creating name brand, and so, to rising benefits both economy either society.
