【Abstract】 National Agricultural Digital library has the characteristics of digital collection, computer manipulation, Internet transmission, free store, recourse share and linking organization. It is a kind of complex knowledge project that is of grand scale. It needs such kind of librarians who have the knowledge of organization and administration and are masters in computer, digital technology, and Internet information technology. Not only they are good at documents intelligence and Internet recourse development but also they are good at foreign language and intellectual property law.
