【Abstract】 The Common Academic Library Regulation which is revised by the Ministry of Education requires that the academic library’s curator and vice-curator of business should have senior professional title or above academic degree of Master. Studying this regulation and combining the curator and vice-curator posting situation in the different period, the reasonable recommendation about reinforcing the library leader’s business construction is put forward in this paper.更多还原
