催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统两种工艺流程比较

【摘要】 催化裂化装置吸收稳定系统目前广泛采用双塔流程,双塔流程中又存在两种不同工艺流程:多数流程吸收塔釜液流入平衡罐后再往解吸塔,但也有一些流程将该釜液直接送往解吸塔。这两种工艺流程孰优孰劣很少见到报道,因此对两种流程进行了模拟计算,结果表明前一种流程的总体经济效益较好,对百万吨级的催化裂化装置,其经济效益比后者高出约600×10~4 RMB/a。分析了产生这一现象的原因。

【Abstract】 The double column process flow is widely used in absorption-stabilization system of FCC unit and there are two different process flows for the "double column" process flow. The first one is the prevailing process flow for which the absorber bottoms are first flowed to the equilibrium drum and then to the stripper. The second one is also used by some FCC units, but the absorber bottoms are directly sent to the stripper. There are few report comments on which one is better. So both process flows have been simulate calculated and the result shows that the former has brought a better overall economic benefits. For the FCC unit whose capacity is 20 000 b/d, the economic benefits obtained with the former process flow are 600×104 RMB Yuan higher than that of the later. Causes for the phenomenon have been analyzed as well.
