石蜡缓和加氢—吸附精制组合工艺技术

【摘要】 以大庆石化总厂二段脱油蜡和发汗蜡作原料,采用石蜡缓和加氢—吸附精制组合工艺及自行研制的石蜡加氢精制催化剂HPW-1和吸附精制剂HPS-1,在总压2.4MPa(氢分压2.21MPa)、氢蜡体积比300,进料空速0.6~1.0h-1,反应温度250~280℃进行加氢反应,在常压和温度120℃的条件下进行吸附精制,得到了高质量的石蜡产品。

【Abstract】 High quality paraffin product has been obtained by taking the two-stage deoiled wax and sweated wax of Daqing General Petrochemical Works as feedstock. Mild hydrogenation-adsorption refining combined process as well as the self-developed paraffin hydrogenation refining catalyst HPW-1 and adsorption refining agent HPS-1 have been adopted. Reaction condition is as follows: total pressure is 2.4 MPa (hydrogen partial pressure 2.21 MPa), volume ratio of hydrogen/wax 300, and feedstock space velocity 0.6- 1.0 h-1.
