氢转移反应与催化裂化汽油质量

【摘要】 从分析氢转移反应的机理及本质入手 ,论述了催化剂孔结构、硅铝比、稀土量、晶粒度、沸石与基质相互作用、沸石组成等对催化裂化氢转移反应活性的影响、指出通过改进催化剂制备技术 ,选择合适的工艺操作条件及氢转移活性适宜的催化剂可以降低催化裂化汽油烯烃含量 ,不降低其辛烷值 ,并抑制焦炭的生成。

【Abstract】 Based on the mechanism of hydrogen transfer reaction, influence of catalyst pore structure, Si /Al ratio, rare earth element concentration, crystal grain size, interaction of zeolites with matrix and the zeolites composition on FCC catalyst hydrogen transfer reaction activity are described. It is pointed that olefin content in FCC gasoline can be reduced by the improvement of catalyst manufacture and the selection of proper operation conditions and the catalyst with suitable hydrogen transfer activity. FCC gasoline octane number is not decreased and the coking can be inhibited.
