【摘要】 介绍了县乡级农业高新技术园区建设对于提高农民科技意识、农业投入积极性、转变农业增长方式和促使农业生产组织形式的改变等方面都起到了积极的作用。分析了目前园区建设存在着缺乏宏观调控,部分园区重展示、轻实效、贪大求洋,运行机制不能很好适应市场经济体制,技术跟踪和吸收消化不及时,建设资金不足、使用分散等问题。提出了因地制宜发展,培植优势产品,搞好示范引导,建立现代企业管理制度等对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 The building of agricultural high and new technical garden in county and countryside play a positive role in improving peasant’ s technology awareness and agricultural input enthusiasm, changing agricultural growth way and impelling the change of organizational form for agricultural production. the building of the garden lacks macro adjustments and controls at present. Some garden think highly of showing while paying insufficient attention to actual effect. Operating mechanism can not meet market economic system, technology and absorb and digest are not in time, funds are short and dispersing in using. It is suggested that the garden should adjust measures to local conditions, cultivate superiority production, demonstrate well and build administrative system for agricultural high and new technical garden in county and countryside.更多还原
