【摘要】 高校后勤社会化改革以来 ,取得了令人瞩目的成就 ,同时也暴露出了对改革的内涵把握不准、各方面的责权利尚未理清、监管体系还不健全、后勤服务市场不规范等许多新问题 ,这些问题已经影响了改革的全面推进。为此 ,今后高校后勤社会化改革应该始终坚持改革的正确方向 ,致力于实现后勤实体的法人化 ,致力于建立切实有效的后勤服务监管体系 ,致力于促进资源优化配置 ,致力于建设规范、公平、开放的后勤服务市场。惟有如此 ,才能全面推进、深化高校后勤社会化改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Great achievements have been obtained in the reform of the socialized logistics of colleges and universities these years, but many new problems have been exposed, such as the inaccurate understanding of the connotation of the reform, the unclear distribution of responsibilities, rights and benefits, the incompleteness of the supervision system, and the non-standardization of the rear-service market. And these problems have hindered the advance of the reform. Thus, the reform of the socialized logistics of colleges and universities must persist in correct reform direction consistently, establish the system of legal person, set up a practical and effective supervision system of rear-service, focus on proper resource equipment, build a standard, fair and open rear-service market.
