【摘要】 发展是人类社会永恒的主题,更是当今世界的主旋律。林业可持续发展的核心是经济发展建立在生态可持续能力——既要使人类的各种需要得到满足,又要保护资源和生态环境;又不对后代的生存和发展构成威胁。对黑龙江森工国有林区而言,要进一步实施好天保工程,合理经营森林,定向培育,大力发展速生丰产商品林基地建设,提高林地生产力和林分质量,调整产业结构和产品结构,大力发展林产工业,合理布局;发展森林旅游业;打绿色牌,走特色路,挖掘培育新的经济增长点,确立几个技术含量高、经济效益好的立局立厂项目,进一步解放思想,开拓创新,是林区发展的必由之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development is eternal topic of human society and it is main rhythm of the world. Core of forestry sustainable development is that economy development should base on the ecological sustainable ability, which not only meet the demands of mankind, but also protect resource and environment and do no harm to the survival and development of afterworld. In allusion to national forest regions of Heilongjiang forestry industry, we should implement natural forest protection engineering, manage forest properly, develop base construction of growing - rapid and yield - much merchant forest, improve forest-properly , develop base construction of growing - rapid and yield - much merchant forest, improve forest productivity and quality, adjust industry and production structure, develop forestry industry and tour, determine some high technology and well -economic benefit project and to ensure new economic increasing point.
