蓄压式喷油器喷射过程的模拟计算和试验验证
Simulation and Test of Injecting Process of Electronic-Controlled Fuel Injector with Accumulator
【摘要】 利用HYDISM软件,对针阀和增压活塞等运动件、蓄压室和油槽等容积以及油道等分别建立其相应的单元模块和计算方程,并最终建立了蓄压式喷油器的计算模型。利用该计算模型对喷射过程进行了模拟计算,试验验证表明,计算模型基本正确,可以用来对蓄压式喷油器的喷射过程进行计算分析。
【Abstract】 The model of the electronic-controlled fuel injector with accumulator is built by using HYDSIM software. The injecting process is simulated with the model and the obtained results are identical with the test values. This model can be used to calculate and analyze the injecting process of the electronic-controlled fuel injector with accumulator.
