ZA27合金凝固过程两相流数值模拟
Solidification Simulation of ZA27 Alloy with TwoPhase Flow Model
【摘要】 ZA27合金的凝固特性为典型的糊状凝固并具有比重偏析,为研究比重偏析,本文建立了两相流凝固模型,用Phoenics软件在三维柱坐标系中建模,用有限差分法离散。浓度场模拟结果表明铸件中铝元素有明显的成分偏析,与试验结果基本吻合。该凝固模型能较好地解决凝固过程中固液两相的对流问题,较好地模拟比重偏析现象。
【Abstract】 ZA27 alloy solidifies in the way of pastesolidification, and results in gravity segregation. The twophase flow model was built on the basis of the solidification characteristic of the ZnAl 27 alloy. And the equations were differentiated and computed in 3D cylindrical coordinates system by Phoenics. The computation of the composition field indicated a segregation of Al,and is in good agreement with the experiments. This model can simulate the convection and the gravitational segregation during the solidification.
