增量法在金属塑性成形有限元分析中的应用
Application of Increment Method in Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 有限元法是一种有效的数值计算方法 ,已经被广泛应用于金属成形过程的数值模拟中 ,由于金属塑性成形多是大变形且一般都是非线性的 ,所以需要运用增量理论来进行分析。本文论述了增量法在金属塑性成形有限元分析中应用的原理及方法 ,以Marc软件为平台 ,介绍了增量法在金属塑性成形有限元数值模拟中的应用
【Abstract】 The method of finite element is an effective method of mumerical calculation which has been widely applied to the numerical simulation of metallic forming process.Because plastic forming of metal is usually big deformation and nonlinear,the incremental theory is needed. The theory and method of the increment method are discussed in finite element analysis of the metallic plastic forming,and based on the Marc software,the application of the increment method in the finite element numerical simulation of the metallic plastic forming is introduced.
