【摘要】 通过对大学生就业难、择校高收费和农村义务教育面临困境三个热点案例的分析,认为政府教育职能的"越位"、"错位"和"缺位"是众多教育热点问题产生的深层次原因。为促进教育事业的持续健康发展,必须确立以提供公共服务和公共产品为核心的政府教育职能定位,通过改革教育行政管理体系、建立公共教育财政体系和健全教育行政法规制度等手段,促使政府教育职能归位。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the analysis of such hot spots as college students’ difficulty in getting jobs, high expense of choosing schools and dilemma of compnlsory education in the countryside, the writer holds the opinion that all these are caused by the action in excess of authority, malposition and absence from duty of govenment function in education. In order to promote the healthy progress in educational cause, we should fix its position centred on public service and public product. Through the reform of its management system, setting up the system of public education finance and improuing its laws and rules, we can home the educational function of the government.更多还原
