非均匀压电层状结构中Love波的传播

【摘要】 讨论材料参数沿厚度方向发生连续缓慢变化时的各向同性弹性基底上有一等厚压电覆盖层时Love波的传播性能。给出了压电层的厚度和基底材料的非均匀性对频散曲线的影响。

【Abstract】 This paper is addressed to study Love wave propagation in a layered piezoelectric structure in which the substrate is made of an isotropic elastic gradient material. The WKBJ approximate method is used to solve this problem. From the analysis of the numerical results, it is found that the dispersion relations can be affected by the layer thickness and the inhomogeneity of the substrate, especially at low frequencies. While only the mass density varies linearly in the thickness direction, the fractional change in phase velocity is almost a linear function, which implies that the gradient constant of mass density can be determined by the measured fractional change in phase velocity.
