界面裂纹问题中的弹性T项和应力强度因子
ANALYSIS OF THE STRESS INTENSITY FACTORS AND THE ELASTIC T-TERM FOR INTERFACE CRACK PROBLEMS ~1)
【摘要】 研究两相材料有限板含单边界面裂纹的断裂力学特性,对不同的材料组合用广义变分法分析了不同尺寸试件和裂纹长度下的应力强度因子和弹性T项,讨论了材料特性对应力强度因子和弹性T项的作用.分析了试件尺寸和裂纹长度对应力强度因子和弹性T项的影响.
【Abstract】 The problems of finite bimaterial plates with an edge crack along the interface are studied by using a generalized variation method. Interfacial stress intensity factors (SIFs) ad elastic T-terms for different specimen size and crack length with various material combinations are given. The effect of material properties on SIFs and elastic T-term are discussed. The influences of specimen size and crack length on k1, K2 and elastic T-terms are analyzed. The results show that in: the interface crack, the combinations of different material have no influence on K1 and T1, but have apparent influence on K2 and T2. The specimen size exhibits evident influence on k1 and K2 when the specimen width is less than W/H = 0.3. K1 and K2 have larger values for a micro-crack. T1 and T2 of some material combinations have sudden change at nearby W/H = 0.3 and some others haven’t. The elastic T-term reflects characteristic of mismatch in interface cracks and can be regard as characteristic parameter of interface cracks.
