巴梨的自发调气储藏与储后催熟试验研究

【摘要】 通过对巴梨进行不同采收期、不同包装方式冷藏及储后催熟剂不同浓度的研究发现 ,第 90d时 ,适期采收的巴梨采用自发调气 (ModifiedorSelf-controlledAtomsphereStorage .)冷藏的储藏方式比常规冷藏延长储期 4 5d。该储藏方式第 12 0d能正常催熟。试验发现对巴梨采用自发调气冷藏储藏的果实用喷布乙烯利方式催熟效果不显著。

【Abstract】 The effect of modified (or self-controlled) atmosphere storage (M.A.) of “Barlett” pear with cold storage were studied in this experiment.The results showed that the storage period of this way was longer than the common cold storage. There were not fresh-browing and core-browing of “Bartlett”pear at 90d with M.A. storage in cold store-house. The fruit of “Bartlet”pear can be 120d, and needn’t be dealed with ethrel for accelerating the ripening after M.A. storage.
