1B/1R与非1B/1R类型小麦雄性不育系SOD活性比较研究

【摘要】 利用两个 1B/ 1R类型的小麦不育系及其保持系和两个非 1B/ 1R类型的小麦不育系及其保持系 ,对其单核期、二核期、三核期三个时期的SOD活性进行比较研究。结果表明 :1B/ 1R和非 1B/ 1R类型不育系的SOD活性的变化差异较小 ,均呈下降趋势 ;保持系差异较大 ,1B/ 1R类型SOD活性一直下降 ,非 1B/ 1R类型SOD活性在二核期后回升。非 1B/ 1R类型和 1B/ 1R类型小麦雄性不育系花粉败育的关键时期均为二核期到三核期。

【Abstract】 Two 1B/1R types and two non-1B/1R types male sterile lines and their male maintainable lines of wheat were selected to study the activities of SOD in anthers. The results showed that there were little difference of SOD activities between 1B/1R type male sterile lines and non-1B/1R type male sterile lines, and they were all decreased; there were difference of SOD activities between 1B/1R and non-1B/1R types male maintainable lines, the activities of SOD of 1B/1R type male maintainable lines were always decreased, but the activities of SOD of non-1B/1R type male maintainable lines were increased after the dinucleate stage. It was the radical reasons resulting in microspore abortion was disorder between nucleus and cytoplasm,which caused unbalance of enzymatic metabolism,decrease of activities of SOD, and damage of membrance systems led by accumulated active oxygen. The periods of dinucleate stage and thinucleate stage were the key periods of microspore abortion of 1B/1R and non-1B/1R types male sterile lines.
