【Abstract】 This paper reviews several advances in nanomechanics in the year 2002. With respect to computational nanomechanics, we have surveied the progresses in the structural evolution simulation incorporating mass flow, the quantum effect calculation of strain in nanostructures, and the parallel algorithm under LMPM scheme. With respect to experimental nanomechanics, the attention is focused on the microscopic loading system of a three-dimensional lithographyical technique. Finally, we have reviewed new progresses in the mechanics of nano-crystalline materials, the mechanics of nanotubes, and the mechanics of nano-indentation.更多还原
