【Abstract】 It was Chinese Communist Party in 1930s that tried to investigate circumstances of staff members in Shanghai. In 1941, Authority of public settlement set about similar survey. Chinese Communist Party’s knowledge about movement committee of staff members came from participation in survey. Being different from Communist Party, authority of public settlement made use of statistical sampling in the survey.更多还原
