气体对离心泵性能影响的试验研究

【摘要】 通过试验对离心泵输送含气液体时性能的变化和含气断流状况进行了探索性研究 ,分析了气体对泵的影响机理 ,得出了小通气量对泵的各性能影响不大、在临近断流通气量时泵的性能曲线陡降、气体使泵的汽蚀性能恶化的结论

【Abstract】 Many experimental investigations are carried out to study specific change of centrifugal pump’s performance and character of air admission abrupt drop when it handling air entrained water. Also the effective mechanism of air in pump impeller is analyzed and discussed. All results show that small air admission affects pump performance a little but causes air accumulation, performance sharply weaken until to an abrupt drop when near and beyond a certain critical air fraction. The conclusions will provide new reference for using & designing pump.
