【摘要】 应用云纹法对子午线轮胎带束层材料参数进行测试,得出不同带束层角度下的材料参数,为进行准确的轮胎有限元分析提供依据。试验采用钢丝和聚酯两种帘线,试验结果与理论计算值的差距是客观存在的,但E1和μ12的试验结果与计算结果相差不大,特别是两种聚酯帘线复合材料,可以说是完全吻合的,偏轴试验结果和计算结果总趋势也是相同的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The material parameters of the belt for radial tire were measured by the Moire method to obtain the material parameters of the belts at different angles and provide the basis to the correct finite element analysis.The results of the test with steel cord and polyester cord showed that the differences between the calculated values and the measured ones were the objective reality because of the test error,but the calculated values of E1 and μ12 were very similar to the measured ones,especially for two polyester composites;and the trend of the calculated results was the same as that of the measured ones from the offaxis test.更多还原
