【Abstract】 The structure,mechanism,common failure and regular maintenance of a X ray inspection line for all steel radial truck tire are introduced.The X ray inspection line is composed of X ray transmitting system,immage system,control system and safety system.The X ray tube transmits the X ray at 270° vertical arc,which completes the inspection of the whole tire arc at one time .The system features better automatic diagnosis and the failure code will be displayed on the screen if any failure is detected.更多还原
