【摘要】 对比国产和进口锂系低顺式聚丁二烯橡胶 (LCBR)在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈护胶中的应用效果。试验结果表明 ,与进口LCBR相比 ,国产LCBR的生胶和混炼胶门尼粘度较高 ,硫化胶强伸性能和抗撕裂性能较好 ,硬度、耐磨性能和耐疲劳性能相近。国产LCBR可替代进口产品用于全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈护胶更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of domestic Li low cis polybutadiene rubber (LCBR) in the chafer compound of all steel radial truck tire was investigated by using an imported LCBR as control.The results showed that when compared to imported LCBR,the domestic LCBR gave higher Mooney viscosity to both green rubber and mix,better tensile and tear properties,and comparable hardness,wear resistance and fatigue property to vulcanizate;and the domestic LCBR could be used instead of imported LCBR in the chafer compound of all steel radial truck tire.BRcouldbeusedinsteadofimportedLCBRinth更多还原
