【摘要】 对S SBR在载重斜交轮胎胎面胶中的应用进行试验研究。结果表明,用S SBR等量替代现胎面胶生产配方中E SBR后,胶料的300%定伸应力、弹性、邵尔A型硬度提高,拉伸强度和扯断伸长率略有下降,但通过调整配方其它组分可改善胶料和轮胎成品性能,且工艺性能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of SSBR to the tread compound of bias truck tire was investigated.The results showed that the modulus at 300%,elasticity and Shore A hardness increased,and the tensile strength and elongation at break decreased by using SSBR instead of ESBR in the production tread compound;and the properties and processibility of compound and the performance of finished tire improved by adjusting the other ingredients in the compound.更多还原
