【Abstract】 In this paper the author anaylysed the condition of dis ch arge circuit. We compare the relation of the voltage with laser power and the repeat frequency with laser power in the experiment. We confirm the mono-volta ge resonate discharge circuit is more suitable for the neon-calcium ion reso nance-metastable transition laser.
