S&W乙烯裂解炉分区裂解工艺探讨

【摘要】 广石化乙烯装置扩能改造中,采用乙烷、石脑油分区裂解工艺改造乙烯裂解炉,大幅提高了乙烷转化率,有效降低了系统内乙烷循环量,从而提高了乙烯收率,使整个乙烯装置产量达标,取得了良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 In the course of the expansive transformation of the ethylene plant of Guangzhou General Petrochemical Works,the divisional cracking technology of ethane and naphtha is used to transform the cracking furance,and the transformation rate of ethane has been improved greatly,the circulation of ethane in the system has been reduced effectively.Thus the production of ethylene has been improved,this made the production of the whole ethylene plant up to standard and obtained a better economic efficiency.
