稳定的Al2O3陶瓷浆料的制备
Preparation of Stabilized Al2O3 Aqueous Suspension
【摘要】 本文采用胶体与表面化学中的“电空间稳定机制” ,以聚甲基丙烯酸铵 (DarvanC)作为分散剂 ,以沉降高度作为衡量浆料稳定性的主要参数 ,研究了Al2 O3 粉末水悬浮液的流变特性及分散剂DarvanC加入量对Al2 O3 浆料稳定性的影响 .在最佳pH值和分散剂加入量条件下 ,制备出了高固相含量 ( 5 8vol%)、稳定性和分散性好的Al2 O3 浆料
【Abstract】 In this paper, polyelectrolytes, PMAA NH4, was used as dispersant, the rheological properties of suspensions and the effect of dispersant concentration on suspension stability were studied by means of the collidal elecosteric stabilization mechanism. Sedimentary volume was used to judge the stability of suspension. The stabilized and dispersed suspension with high solids loading (58vol %) was prepared at the best ph value and dispersant concentration.
