热应激对蛋鸡肝组织的影响及补铬效果的研究

【摘要】 试验选择处于热应激条件下的192只35周龄新罗曼褐壳蛋鸡,随机分为6组,分别饲喂添加0、10、20、30、40、50g/t含铬量为7.410mg/kg的葡萄糖耐量因子(GTF)的玉米—豆粕型基础日粮52d,试验结束时随机抽取试验鸡36只(每组6只),取肝制作切片,研究有机铬对热应激蛋鸡肝组织结构的影响。研究结果表明:对照组肝的被膜下方和深部的细胞均出现不同程度的变性和损伤,而试验各组的肝组织细胞结构完好无损。

【Abstract】 192 heat stressed layers of 35 weeks old were selected and randomly divided into six groups. The layers in each of the groups were fed on the basic diet supplemented with 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 g/t GTF (7.410 mg of Cr/kg) for 52 days. By the end of the experiment, 36 layers were selected randomly and slaughtered. And the livers obtained were sliced to study the effect of organic chromium on the histological structure of the livers of the layers under heat stress condition. The results showed that the cellular structure of the heat stressed layers’ livers was degenerated and damaged, while the livers’ histological structure of the layers in the groups fed with supplemented chromium were intact.
