【Abstract】 grass carps (ctenopharyngodon idells), each weighing 200g, were divided into four groups randomly to study the effect of curcumin fed in different level on the growth and activity of the enzyme in intestinal tract. The experimental results showed that curcumin significantly enhanced the growth of the fish, increasing feed efficiency; and improved the activity of protease and diastase in intestinal tract, facilitating the protein absorbability of the fish. And some dependence on dosage was reflected.更多还原
